About Us

Our Mission & Vision

Karma Ashrama is a eco-friendly fashion community with ever changing trends and believes in curating 100% organic handwoven textile. The word Karma means “work” and Ashrama signifies the “Home”, where it is believed that ‘Karma’ is an individual’s identity nor their names neither their religion. Every thing here, starts from ground zero, from cultivating the natural dye plants to reviving age old techniques of developing fabric.

Karma Ashrama is not just a fashion brand but a community that works with rural women and traditional weavers, who are earning a livelihood by being a part of the team and learning the craft of eco-friendly dyeing and traditional techniques. Karma Ashrama works with fushion fashion where traditional craft meets contemporary art form.

Starting small, Karma Ashrama brand takes a initiative in reducing carbon footprint and curating a sustainable identity.
